Actress Katherine Heigl – spotted here – using an electronic cigarette while shopping with her family in the trendy Soho neighborhood of New York (Feb. 6th). Heigl now 31, began using electronic cigarettes in 2010 to help her kick her habit and set a good example for her young daughter. She was excited to find electronic cigarettes satisfy her cravings for the real deal after failing with nicotine gum, nicotine patches and prescription drug, Chantix. During an appearance on “Late Show with David Letterman” the actress happily demonstrated her e-cig.
