Please seek medical advice if a cartridge is swallowed, cartridges contain nicotine, propylene glycol and binding agents. The products are not suitable for non smokers or persons who are allergic to nicotine or nicotine based products, nor persons who suffer from heart disease and/or high blood pressure or pregnant women.

Guarantee.

E Cigarettes come with a 3 month warranty on the battery and charger, 1 month for the atomizer. Atomizers and rechargable batteries are made to the highest quality, however, if used incorrectly performance may deteriorate. Many users of electronic cigarettes carry spare atomizers and batteries. Re-chargable batteries contain micro-electronic circuitry and micro-proccessors and should be stored carefully. It is not adviseable to keep them beside metallic or magnatised objects. Electronic Cigarette atomizers contain micro-electronic circuitry and micro-processors, users should store and handle these items with special care. We advise users not to store with metallic or magnetized objects or electronic transmitting devices, like keys and mobile phones, therefore extending their lifespan of functional use. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or mishandling.

Shipping.

Stock held & dispatched in the UK, all e cig kits are sent by recorded delivery. Free postage and packing included for UK deliveries. International delivery starts at £6.95 for EU countries and £7.95 for rest of world. Items are shipped within 1-3 working days when in stock. For international orders delivery time should be between 5-10 working days.

Awaiting fulfilment.

If your order status is 'Awaiting fulfilment' it means that we have received your order/payment successfully and items are waiting to be picked from stock and packed.

Returns Policy.

Customers can send back the product within 7 days with information of reason for return (postal costs payed by customer). A refund can be issued after the product is fully checked by us and if found to be at fault. The product must be in it's original condition and with original parts intact. please include the order reference number.

Undelivered Or Lost Items.

If for some reason your items are not delivered by royal mail after 15 days and are confirmed as lost, we can make a claim on your behalf. After royal mail contact you to confirm non-delivery we can then send the items again, or issue a full refund. When returning items, it is advisable to use suitable packaging and obtain proof of postage as we will not be held responsible for goods lost in the post or provide exchanges for items claimed lost in the post.
