To fill the cartomizer simply drip e-Liquid into the cartridge filler until the top appears wet. Insert the mouthpiece cap and screw it onto your SMEC electronic cigarette battery and use as normal. Cartomizers are designed to be used and thrown away and it is up to the individual if they choose to refill multiple times. The time between refills is much longer than a regular cartridge as the cartomizer holds more e-Liquid.
